It was meant to be fixed… her destiny back on track, how wrong could she be…
Just when Scarlett thought everything was back to normal, well as normal as life can be with a posse of Seraphoenix Angel Guardians looking out for you.  She wakes to find her life plunged into a whole new nightmare, where time itself has changed and she appears to be the only one aware of it.

In this new reality everything has altered, Leo and the Seraphoenix are missing.  Even her parents are different, as they turn against her when she is unexpectedly framed for things she didn't do.  To make matters worse she is unceremoniously shipped off to a supposed reform school for out of control teens in the wilds of ‘god-knows-where’ escorted by someone she recognises and really wished she didn’t.

Nothing is what it seems at the new school and the pupils are less than hospitable.  Scarlett finds herself in one deadly situation after another at the mercy of all those around her, and there is no-one she can trust with her secret.
Can Scarlett escape the menacing clutches of evil in this new reality?
Will Leo come to her rescue?

 Review:

Scarlett finally has her life back on track and feels content and safe.  All that happiness shatters when her life is literally turned upside down over night.  Everything is different and Scarlett seems to be the only person aware of what's going on around her. To make matters worse, Leo and Seraphoenix are missing and her parents have suddenly turned on her.

Scarlett's parents decide her "behaviors" are too much with them, so they send her off to a reform school for teens with behavior issues, but that's not all.....she's escorted to the school by someone from her past she wishes she could forget.

Left afraid and alone, Scarlett trusts no one and struggles to keep her sanity in her new hostile environment. How will Scarlett ever be able to escape this prison of evil? Can Leo ever find her, let alone rescue her?? You'll have to read Crimson Fire to find out!!

What I thought:

This book was a non stop thrill ride!! Just when I thought I had it figured out, Bella took a turn that I never saw coming.  There was a lot going on in this book but I never felt confused or like I should've read the first book before starting this one.  I now want to read it tho!!

Excerpt:

Marina descended the stairs and emerged from the velvet curtains on the third floor, three girls were hanging out in the corridor just outside one of the rooms.

They saw Marina striding along the corridor and quickly ducked inside the open door.

“Girls, what are you doing?”

A tall brunette replied. “Oh nothing, just hanging out…”

“I see,” she replied coolly, the corners of her mouth curved up slightly and she added.  “Just remember that too much hanging can kill. Goodnight girls, lights out in fifteen.”

The trio burst out in nervous giggles as Marina turned and headed towards the main staircase.

“Seems she’s arrived then?” The brunette said sarcastically. “We’ll make her feel right at home, won’t we, Shanie?”

“Awww, you can bet your Hermes bag we will,” the pretty redhead replied, eyes twinkling mischievously. “What do you say, Delta?”

“I’m with you and Aurora, we’re gonna make her feel very special,” Delta grinned wickedly. “Especially since she got the princess room!”
